yes wd40 will work, as a short term measure, wd40 is very good at freeing things off, but it doesnt hang around for long....where as grease does :)
my speedfight used to do around 55mph real speed, which was with the engine screaming and the speedo needle at the 6 oclock position, where 70 mph...
some people think it looks good with the back jacked up, also very tall people often fit a jack up to raise the seat height a bit, so they dont...
The kick start could be a number of things, but usually taking the tranny case off and greasing the mechanism sorts it... A jack up fits in...
sounds like you need some new clutch springs, a fresh drive belt and possibly new rollers too...
yes he did...about a dozen times, hes got 2 threads running on this now...
Re: Gilera 180/172 how many fuses are here on a gilera runne theres 5 fuses in total 1x 25 amp, 2x 10 amp and 2x 7.5 amp.
have you checked that the fuel tap is operating properly, and fuel is reaching the float bowl... have you checked that the float needle is moving...
you wouldnt have lasted 5 minutes at my school in that attire :rotfl:
you did actually take the reed block out of the engine, and look through it holding it to the light up above didnt you ?
im afraid taking an arm full of scooter tuning bits to your local scooter repair shop, isnt the way to go about making a fast scooter... read...
a 53 main jet and adjust your mixture screw...
