Yes it will fit, just watch which wires you immobilize with it, as lots of the 2stroke wiring is AC not DC...

First thing to do is make sure its sealed properly.... if thats all fine, then i would assume the end can needs repacking. Buy some cheap...
Yes i have... and they are a pain in the bum for sure. Just remember these legs are not oil filled, and will leave a grease ring on the fork inner...

Hold the rear brake on... which will hold the clutch drum still... might also need a lot of weight on the back of the bike to hold the tyre...
