Where exactly is the petrol coming from... youve checked to make sure the pipe isnt split anywhere i assume... if its fuel coming from the actual...

Being a 4 stroke it depends on the make of carb... they use 2 different brands.

No no no no... not if the pipe runs upwards from the nipple first then makes an arch, any air bubbles head upwards away from the nipple and you...
You have a cross connection somewhere, first thing would be to check the connections to the regulator as it has power feeds for both the AC...
Sounds likes a duff tap, but make sure the vacuum pipe isnt cracked or split anywhere as you could be loosing vacuum making it seem harder to get...

You might be lucky enough not to strip the engine, just replace the shaft/bearings and seals... and see what happens, for the price its worth a shot.

At a guess its got an air leak... or the throttle isnt on the stop ie your cable is too short and its holding the throttle slightly open.

When bleeding any front brake thats not been completely drained empty... Start off concentrating on the top, remove the fluid cap and make sure...
Ve uk sell stage6 piston rings seperately for some bikes so worth looking there...
Malossi make an pipe especially for the 86cc kit but the prices are stupid... and who knows how good they will be anyway :scratch:
