Its a small round disc of plastic that has a slot in the middle for the metal seat catch bar to push into... and the other side slots into the key...
Seat lock mechanism isnt sold as a seperate part... comes with the seat despite being a bolt on bolt off part... piaggios way of making more...
If its a Ditech it doesnt have a CDI as its fuel injection... it has a ECU instead which controls the entire engine running... They cant be...
