there is usually a nipple there that you can either attach a pipe for the vacume tap or a oil pipe, if you dont need it just blank it off

depends how your ride, but unless theyve got a dyno they cant really check unless you get caught speeding but usually they dont no
de-restrict tune it do anything and your insurance is void simple really dont crash :P or makesure you can re-restrict it easily if you do crash

It can be done but its a long process and the DVLA will come out and check that it is a 125cc
check the carb isnt overflowing with fuel
remove the intake manifold (the thing the carb is attached to) and its under there sitting in the crank case, it will lift out but may need abit...
