you can get a tool for removing rounded nuts you could try buying 1 of them or maybe buy some new cylinder studs and cut the nut off then replace...
did you make sure there was no bits of reed in the cases? and do you know what caused the reeds to snap and crack?

whats wrong with aftermarket solid bushes? and have tried gilera spares but they only do the swingarm which is £60+

check the belt, remove the rollers and check them also check the clutch aswell to see if its worn then
dont rule something out if it hasnt been checked, its going to be the wrong rollers and wrong clutch springs, maybe jet aswell and youve changed...
then store your scooter untill youve got an exhaust for it then and buy some rollers lighter than standard and jets larger and play around untill...
