how you checking the spark?...plug in plug cap and rest it against the side of the cylinder block?...turn it over
when you kick it over does the spark plug get wet with fuel?
basically, when the bikes cold it has the choke on, which in turn richens the mixture. As the engine warms, the choke cuts off (if auto choke)...
