its probably come crom inside the side casing. Its used to support the end of the shaft when the side covers installed. Take the side casing off...

sticking throttle may be as simple as the grip being too tight against the end of its housing...try a bit of wd40 near where the rubber grip meets...

both the above barrels on ebay are the same...just theres an extra barrel Personally i'd get the 2 barrel so you have matching set and ignition...

in the bottom picture... theres a gap to be seen in the top of the barrel. Insude that gap is a piece of wire thats "U" shaped but installed...
