Well im a newbie at wheelie'ing. On my ped, i have a sports exhaust, so its rapid accerleration... I can pop a wheelie when the bike has stopped...
Try pumping the tyre up, then wetting the end/sides of the valve, if it blows bubbles you know its the valve..... If not then you may need to...
