i just went out into the garage and took the light out , the brown wired spade connecter wasnt on pluged it in and BOOM main beam works u shure...
no forget them lights there not e-marked you wont pass mot with them i dont think. just get couple bulbs and see.
i got same prob , but my main beam works but the dipped main dosent , i think there twin filament so mybe we need to get a new one and try it out..

why would u put a 38mm carb on a runner 125? :scratch: , wont see en thing from it other than drink petrol like a car. stick with the standard...

u have to split the case's , change main bearings-seal's ect , but if u have to ask then ur probs gonna fuck it even if u get a guide , take it to...
want a 125cc go buy a 125 bike, no point trying to put a gilly or typh motor in there more trouble than its worth , even if u get a 125 engine to...
no point mate i had this with my forks no point rebuilding them , its best to pick up a new pair or a 2hand pair in good cond.

i take it u have got a delly 20.5? there is a air/fuel mix screw in there just take it out and mod it so u can fit a little screw driver in there...
