put some wd40 and tap around with hammer worked for me ;)
you going to have to build up the bike first and then take it to dvla to inspect it etc its gona be down as an import, and as u only going bring...
you need insurance and mot to get tax mate they wount do it without those things
all mopeds are like that thats unburned oil from your exhaust port an probably some petrol from your carb onver flow nothing to worry about just...
