u cant connect speedfight wiring to a gilly engine mate you will need a full gilera loom with cdi , coil and all other components the rewire...
best is to call up yamaha and they should tell you or go to a any good paint shop not some little one and they will match the color them selves,...

yh should be just the forks as they usually bend bad and then frame stays as it should , forks sometimes very hard to come out then they bent...

try new plug and then pure down a spoon of petrol trough your spark hole might help to see if its a carb etc problem or something to do with the rings
yh mate your fork head tube is bent inside the frame, you will need new forks :s ride safe mate

yh thats cdi , it could be that or your startor plate which is under your flywheel
