u get way less trouble with 17's than with 70's so either of them if set up correctly shouldnt give you problems especially when its not going to...

if you have lugs to fit the caliper then yes all you need is a back brake caliper, hub with the disc and different wheel ;) looking at about £100...
get electric water pump :) or try another radiator there could be that white stuff in it if you used water instead of antifreeze before

go for 100cc yamaha aerox mate ;) 2 stroke if u fit aftermarket exhaust and a variator should be sitting at 60 mph no problem ;)
