the air filter is about a year old, and is clean and the carb has been jetted to that air filter. does anyone think this could maybe be the cdi or...
yes carb is correctly jetted, 96 main jet. i think this may be a size or two too big but definately not under jetted so i dont think it's that :\.
yep although i dont think this is the source of my problem, im only running the viper exhaust as my hebo broke :( hence why i'm also changing back...
right, i had an air leak in my manifold a few days back, so i replaced the maniold and put my carb back on (22mm).. i think the gasket i was using...
i've managed to change my belts on my aerox with out removing the clutch, just removed the variator and squeeze the torque drive so that the belt...
check your reeds!
they do get reasonabley brighter, although i had a spare regulator in my box of spares and have allready changed it, and it's still the same....

as its a aerox the lights can only be turnt on when engine running, they also change with engine revs, but they work ok when not revving, the get...
