It takes some getting used to and the ball they give as standard is a fucking tight fit, try opening the ring up abit.
can you take the ring out or has it not been in long enough yet? try putting the top dent in first then pushing the bottom one in with force.
you on about a peircing? if its the one where the ball has 2 dents in it, stretch the ring insert the ball and close the ring using something.
