You're effectively derestricting it with a pipe so pointless, and the performance gain is poor for the reduced engine life and fuel economy stick...

I'd have to agree with the above, minor did a project a while back with an Airsal and put some pics of the head, geez the quality is appalling....
The main reason you can't tune an a/c as much is that they are built to less tight tolerance than l/c engines due to having to take into account...
Which malossi variator? Which gianelli pipe? Which Malossi 70cc kit? And yeah carb.... Check out the project pages or other threads there are...

The throttle cable was too short on my old MBK Booster (same bike) when i tried to install the 21mm s6 carb you'll need a length of throttle cable...
