anything can fit with welding but just check the order website and it will tell you exactly which bikes it will fit

yep thats good. or you can put one into the intake manifold with some marine 5200. It is safer to drill a hole in the rubber intake than the carb
the spark is weak though so it might be the pick up coil in the motor. Is that where the coil gets current from?

voltage regulator maybe...check the 12 volts in and out. could be a burnt wire
