maybe...it sit tight on the shaft but slides back and forth even though the belt and flywheel are bloted on....like its missing a spacer behind...
as in the variator is too skinny....or the roller guide on the sfaft is too long...
the rollers and slide fit...but once everthing is installed i can still move the variator assembly back and forth about an inch or 2....so there...

is it a good exhaust? you should have gone with a Giannelli Reverse or something well known...you sure the pipe is on good and not leaking?

i fixed the carb and it was a little better but not much....i tried it with the heaviest rollers i had....9 gram. and that works the best so far....
im going to try the 10 grams in the morning....my bike is reving alot better with the 9 gram and even reaching top rpms downhill...which it wasnt...
yea i guess so....cause with the light ones it wont...but with the heavier ones it gears up alot easier....and its still gearing up more downhill...
take off you air filter and see if your throttle body is sliding up all the way... right now i have 9 gram rollers in there and it is the best...
my carb wasnt opening all the way and my intake boot had a rip in it.....wooow is all i can say

is it possible the carb jets are keeping it from revving? mine revs up a bit and reaches maybe 30 mph but thats it.
yea its a 70cc malossi with a 21mm carb and malossi crank.
