well i think they send a washer because the origonal shaft is longer...i think i have the origonal shaft. there is no way to add a washer to it...

yea sounds like charger is too big or battery needs to be replaced.... i think a scooter can charge at more than 6 amps anywayz...
not sure but how does your 5.5 gram work? try 5 gram and then 6 gram to see which one is best out of the three then dial it in... as for the jets...
