Buy a new spark plug and fit it, run you bike at full throttle for about 5-10 miles or so, take the spark plug out quickly and have a look at it....
Im not sure if im honest, try putting a new spark plug in and do a plug chop, this should give you an indication on what way to go, failing that...
I'd say get the carb jetted right first then play with the clutch springs and rollers.
