were running a c16, quality made pipe.. does exactly what it says on the tin, 2 strokes are ment to rev ... whats the point of putting that lot on...

oil pumps fine for what your running,its a piss about to premix... if your concerned turn the pump up a bit.

Nip up = light seizeur. and where are you putting the pipe in? Through the reed block? and how long do you kick it over to create half inch of...
even if thats faulty allowing petrol to keep flowing the float would stop it, petrol can only be drawn into the crankcases under primary...
what pump ?
float sticking in the carb ?
did it lock up, this would create all the problems your having.

bad news time mate,its the seal on the water pump.. but to repair it its cases split , crank out job..i did one yesterday in an hour, but ive done...
ok mate, if it runs better on 3/4 throttle than full whats that tell you? its runnin rich!!.get on youre ped acelerate till it wont go anymore...
with a 77 i would have said its over fueling....but the magic word is PLUGCHOP.
take the boost bottle off load of bollox, whats a 'standard polini filter' do you mean a sponge or an open filter?
as above mate but took the mhr kit off it and put an italkit single ring on its a load better, but just starting to build a full evo engine..lol liam.
