There is a big difference between over heating and a heat seizeure, usually about £250 :cheers: over heating blocked rad, lack of coolant ,air...

Its hard to tell what could have caused it without 'hands on'.. oil pump bleed screws on the side of the pump, pozidrive screw... but like you say...
Like tErrO says 100cc engines Naaaaaaaaa..... get it kitted up more power aswell, lot less hassle than doing an engine swap too. liam :thumbsup:
It's the oil level light mate,do a visual check to be on the safe side, ive seen faulty connections before where the oil resovoir wires plug into...
You would certainly no if you had a leak mate, brake fluid is terrible stuff and goes through paint and plastic like nowt. I did one last year...

Im just starting an evo94 build mate, just picked up a knackered engine but the cases are good.... gona strip it then get the milling done to take...
