Try changing the springs and check that you've set the carb up correctly. I made a mistake changing rollers and missing out the carb/throttle...
Is that what sits behind the variator then?.
Alot of tuning is trial and error. Malossi and Stage6 are highly reviewed. Wouldn't bother with a second gear up..you really don't need it.
Went to kick start my aerox today after changing the rolllers and the kickstart won't go down and the crank won't turn and I pulled the variator...
