Oh yea and I've had the whole loom out and replaced all earths and any damaged wires and plugs and cleaned all terminals I'm stumped can't think...

wen i got mine it had a manual choke with a 21mm dellorto carb
do they come with a electric choke from standard ?
and its near the carb the bar that runs under the front of the seat box
no its to small wires one is green and black and and il have to get bak to u on the other colour
