Hmm similar idea, but the one on my Gilera VX looks more like a Top Hat. It covers the ceramic of the plug and slides down the plug/engine well...
Looking fruitlessly online for one of those green rubber bungs that fit over the spark plug, shielding it from any crap/water that may cover it....
Fixed it, Easy one this. Flat spots on the rollers was all it was.
