    That was it..... found a split in the gasket plus the O ring was damaged and not seating correctly. Repaired and now its like ive got a brand new...

    No not really..... again reach a certain speed of revs and it starts to play up...

    Yes sorry 50cc four stroke... and the air filter was cleaned and replaced and is back on the scooter.

    Any ideas ? .. just changed the CDi unit fitted a new ignition switch and checked all fuses i could find... im not sure about the ignition coil.....
