wd40 is ok to clean the old oil and grease off but once you have it cleaned you should oil the cable
after seeing that video I went to youtube and watched video on servicing shocks, none on vivacity forks but at least I got an idea what to do.

hi I had a similar problem with my vivacity, it would go a bit stop go a bit stop, petrol leaking from carb. figured out it was the vacuum petrol...
