if its ditech it'll have it write on it somewhere or itll make a buzzing sounds when you turn it on where the fuel pump primes ?
people have fitted runner engines into zips not to sure if they modified the frame though.

the airbox ones normally have a brass disk in the airbox tube

i dont think you would have to change your fluid you should just have to top it up then bleed your brakes so you need a screw driver for the brake...

Im thinking you are on about exhaust studs which are the rods that you put a nut on to keep the exhaust to the cylinder but seems your engine...
you should up the jetting 10% with the leo vince tt i think and you shouldn't run with no air filter/box as all the shit in the air will get into...
you sure you got the right contra spring ?
Have you checked the compression ? Once that's done i think anything below 100 or 120 psi correct me if im wrong people means you have a problem...
are you sure the cable is connected properly both ends
