get some eeasy start or pour some premix straight into the cylinder and put plug back on and see if it starts then youll know if its a fuel problem

i just use any tube in all fairness you dont have to use that stuff on the ebay link you just have to make sure no air is coming out lol
what did your compression test come in at and im taking it as you have checked to make sure your cylinder isnt leaking water into the mix ? and...
auto choke enables when using electric start but try a manual choke may work also it wouldnt work normally on any other road if it was the choke.

is the fuel even getting into the carb and out of the carb ? Have you check if your reeds are broke?

the aprilia sr50 (old style) are easy to get into without unlocking/opening you can pull the seat up enough (from the middle) to grab anything out...
