check the colour of the spark plug, if its white it's lean and if it's black its running rich.. if its perfect it should be a tanned brown colour :)

its fine aslong as there is no white showing from the rear of the bike.. so if you've got amber bulbs thats fine.. he's just wafling on thinking...
Just get some gloss black paint and put a light coat over them mate
and obviously sand it down lol
