it sounds like you maybe running too rich, you can get away with running rich on a cold engine, but once the engine heats up it wont run great.....
I am not familiar with a Naraku 'Racing' 70cc cylinder kit, and a Google search has turned up nothing. However, you may have a Naraku 'sport'...
Did you check the Leo vince hasnt got a restrictor in it still. even sports exhausts come with a restrictor fitted so they are classed as street...

when you fit a sports exhaust, it moves the power band further up the rev range and you pretty much always need to fit lighter rollers.
obviously the C16 will perform better, but you can use the yasuni R.
you say you are running pre-mix... how much oil did you put in ?
In the past ive used Hylomar Blue to seal the crank cases without any issues, its available pretty much from any car accessory shop.

The problem could be you slide is set too high and the engine isnt ticking over on the idle circuit.
if the clutch was slipping the engine would be revving very high, but your road speed would be low. from your description it could be the clutch...
sounds like you need a smaller spacer behind the variator. did the variator come with a different washer ?
