Can anyone tell me what this tube is on the front of my carb? It's blocked off by the owner before me. And I have no idea what it's for! I do know...
A little update I changed the exhuast [ATTACH]

Right I just took off the carb and cleaned it and the spark plug and airbox and now it seems to be running right but only tested it in my garden...
It's not a open filter?[ATTACH][ATTACH][ATTACH] and can you see the tube blocked in picture 2? That sucks air in when the screw is out of it?...
It says 10% increase with jet size on a 50cc and10% of 58 is 63.8 and I have a 64 in there unless the standerd jet size on a air cooled piaggio...
It doesn't have a gasget it's a zx exhaust and I'm not sure what size jet to put in it as the 64 jet isn't standerd?
And the pipe coming out the top of the carb the manifold side that's had a screw in it to block it off I took the screw out and it seems to suck...
