is it possible that your float height is too low, so when you wheelie the fuel moves around and the jet cant get the fuel

you can see where seal sat though, and it covers all round the barrell as normal. whar do you think of using silicone to seal the head? my dad...

yea its the £25 one, i filled it with water before i put it on to check for that very problem and it was fine
well i put my new polish barrel on my aerox, after realising is has almost no squish and so much compression it almost wont turn over, i put 3...
first try taking both pipes off and sucking on the vacuum to see if it is actually the diaphragm sticking

i reckon, just to eliminate the possibilty, you should take off the gearup kit and put the standard gear back on. what %increase is your gear up?
