ye there good for budget exhaust, mine was always pretty good performer but the build quality is like a african mud hut in torrential rain :D...
i always do it myself :S easy to do remove the exhaust take it if the stand hold back brake and stamp down on a ratchet with the 24 mm on the end...
it cant be the rings or anything i dont think, i mean it will start up straight away and have full power only does it when going faster on...
