the exhaust was actually narrower than the engine, so your leg hit the engine to avoid zorst burns. whats unsafe about the fueltank?
if your 30 you can do your direct access and ride whatever you like, youd have to do the test on summat like a 600 though

the main thing i think is stupid is the 46bhp restriction at 19, which cant be from a bike over twice the 47 limit. so your limited to a 92bhp...
