I've had one of those PM 70cc kits. Certainly not bad for the money, I've seen much worse porting and plating in much more expensive cylinders.

Parts wise, probably just a new crank gasket (you could also use threebond). You'll also need new oil seals, crank bearings a top end gasket set....
