Hmm should see a slight increase in top end then with new belt :-) As for the rollers I foot know, I'd personally leave them and try the new belt...
sounds like the belts worn to me, my aerox did the same when i got it, topped out at 50. turned out the belt was 2-3mm thinner then the wear limit...
Rollers only effect the revs held by the scooter. If the bike dosent sound like its revving much and is very sluggish then maybe lighter rollers...

yer their will be a bolt uner the cvt at the back, mine was a 12mm nut, be sure to put a pot under it to catch oil. the fill bolt is on top,...
theirs gearbox oil at the back for the final drive. 2 stroke oils the engine the oil at the back lubricates the gears in the final drive.

you need the same weight and size as are in their, is the variator the stock one? if so google your bike and you will find the standard roller...

the stiffer the spring the longer the belt stays on the rear pulley, as in the longer it takes for the belt to move from the outside of the pulley...

as far as im aware the teeth allow the belt to bend and shape around the pulleys, so it shouldnt matter at all
