personally a bigger carb isnt needed for a 50cc whereas if u had a 70cc kit it would be a different story mate, i use 2 have mine with the same...

im kind of having the same problem mate but mine doesnt really bog just delayed acceleration when i get back on the power. i think it is...
i use bridgestone ML50 really soft tyre so good when its warm and the roads are sticky :P just doesnt last as long as other tyres if you skid...
you will have to upjet it though for a sports exhaust. roughly 10% upjet to what he has in it now. as for rollers 4.5 gram worked best in my nitro...
its a 2002 mate with a polini MANUAL choke does yours take a few kicks you say?
nope its a manual choke but its fucking broke, bloody polini choke shit im going to have to get a new one. i thought it could be something to do...
hi when my bike is cold i have to kick start it at least 3 or 4 times before it starts. but when the engine is warm it will electric start fine....
im running 3.5gram rollers with my setup which is below....works brill :P each bike is different so try loads of different rollers till it...
it could be that swift..... maybe its just he has flat tyres or maybe even no tyres considering he was going to put a 28mm carb on :w00t:

right ive always done a 50 to 1 mixture for your first tank when wearing in. on an aerox this is 140ml 2 stroke oil and a full tank of petrol in...

what sort of mileage have you done since running it in? how fast you been taking it? have you been letting it get warm before ragging it?...
