i allways use rock oil fiully sinthetic and i have never blow a crank ar fuck up a bore kit an it smells lovley when it burns 10 pound a liter but...

for a good good finish start with 800 and work ur way down to like 1200 or 1300 then if i was u i would get a polishing wheel from halfords that...
