In a two stroke it would probably clean the carb jets, my elyseo 125 i used it on when i opened up the carb it was silver inside all clean...
Theres one for injectors and one for the fuel system.
Not sure id use it in a two stroke but it did help with rough idle on my old elyseo 125.
Could easily have been sprayed black......

Those teeth look quite worn away looks like the starter motor has sheared them off.
How long have you had it?
Haynes manuals are generally for repairs not tuning.
I'd say no its very basic.
Downgrading 8 to 7 might mean you won't have drivers for your hardware. Downgrading 7 to vista is lunacy trust me its not faster.
Could also be a worn belt Peugeot advise to change them every 3000km.
Ccleaner is a good program for getting rid of temp files but I'd scan with superantispyware to make sure you don't have a nasty on there.
