no the 180 fxr piston is to big for the 150 barrel .you can get the 180 barrel modded to fit 125 engine case for about £50 and yes it will work...
ok the 150 engine is based on a 125 gilera fx case but with a 150 barrel ,for the 180 barrel to fit it would need this...

that will just look and ride wrong ,pretty sure they wont fit ,and it will handle like shit, bad idea best left alone ,
this happend to a mate off mine they pulled him and it was two pikeys beat him up and took his gilera t,this was a year ago in north london

well with you setup id deffo get a gear up kit ,then get it on a dyno and change around rollers ,clutch springs and jets till its perfect
well with you specs yes the mallossi is better because your bike will be able to reach the higher rpm that the mallossi cdi offers

so do you meen this ,(bear in mind this frame is on its side and the stand has been removed) the bit that has the silent block on ? that is welded...
