    Would a filler fix the crack though? and I am going to do what you said with the footboard, just need to get the back panel fixed up too :)

    For sure, a piece of ali plate 60x30cm is only around £5(that is online too so most likely cheaper in store) and it shouldn't be much bigger/wider...

    Apparently it is cement so the tube says anyway, Looks like a trip to..I've no idea...but I need some new cement which isn't off eBay ;)

    Hell if the foot panel was a darker grey like the rest it'd be no problem, it just sticks out like a sore thumb.

    I like the idea, I still might do that i'm looking to paint it for 1; smarten it up and 2; I just don't think the color of the foot panel goes...
