Be better off changing the carb.need a 17.5 starters to get that setup singing,depending on the 70 kit...21. Maybe.should get it to work on the 12...
give the shop a ring...some stuff may need doing more often,like oil and checking brakes etc.other stuff less often.shop will know.does look nice..

If your h/beam works,id say check the bulb,connections. could be an iffy connection in the line to it from the switch.as for the horn..clean all...
