Hi guys, Mounting the 180 engine to the runner 50 frame after research I see people either grinding a couple mm's out of the 50 mount to make it...
Scrap it, no reason to use bodged parts when doing a fresh build from the frame up, right? Bought another loom [IMG][IMG] Looks tons...

The "mint condition" loom arrived today and looks like it should of been binned years ago :(
That'd be nice on my runner, can you buy the manifolds separately? If not, what would be best way to go about fitting it? Thanks Stevep

Grinder I'd say would be too powerful and could easily damage the shaft, hammer? :D I think with a dremel and cutting into the nut almost to the...
With a Dremel it'll be easy, just gotta invest in one at some point :p

Well replaced the exhaust gasket, all seems fine. Now onto the noise coming from the side casing.. Is the play in these normal?(See videos...
Ok, so a little update on the left side indicators.. Pulled the back left bulb out(which wasn't working) to get the bulb code, anyhow figured...
Thanks Steve, will be having a look again tomorrow on my day off work just wanted some advice before I got mad and battered the casing to death haha.
Thanks for the advice Steve I will replace the bulb tomorrow and I am sure I got all the nuts it's also not a rolling nut (see pic below) [IMG]
Me too, not having much luck with the runner today, noticed the left indicator on the dash was flashing really fast, so checked them and yep, left...
Its defiantly tight although I noticed instead of just plain washers it has some kind of spring tension washer instead, not seen this before. I...
I assume I should of mentioned that when it was rebuilt a couple months back(was sat, I've just ran it in not long ago) it was new, hardly had any...
