dunno bout the charge coil as it could be available only as a complete coil stator pack.regulator rectifier ain't generally expensive.£20 or so...
a yasuni r has got a wide power band and makes things easier to set every thing up.could be your not revving high enough to get a stage six pipe...
regulator/rectifer or the charge coil may have blown.is the light on with the battery removed?if you've got a multi meter,put it on the battery...
have a look on pedparts exhaust pipe shoot out blog.you may be better of not going for a pipe that needs a high revving lump,I say a yasuni z or r...

looks like your gonna have to adjust it from the cable adjuster.should have one at bars or one at the carb end.
pipe wise ide say yasuni...the quality is second to NONE..if you can get your revs up in its power band you wont have any trouble with it.zx ain't...
