should have a vin plate on it too..thats got the frame number on it.my visions number is on the foot board frame,vin on down tube.never bothered...
vin plate should tell you the number.has to be where an MOT man/police etc can see it without removing any panels.sounds a bit dodgy if you cant...
I changed my chink 25watt for a 35 watt halogen..well bright.tried a 55 watt H4 but wouldn't fit in the silly roma head light reflector unit...
h4 also come in 55 watt versions. Halogen version and a reflector/glass clean up and should pass.
