Why shouldn't i fit an air filter?
does it shudder or vibrate at low speed? that could mean a slipping belt or loose clutch nut.
if it bogs at full revs i that means the jet is too big and letting in too much petrol, try a slightly smaller one and see if that changes anything.
72 sounds really small if you have an open air filter, 70s kit and an exhaust
im not sure what the problem is, sounds to me like the piston seized up but im not an expert, i guess that you will just have to try to hit it out..
yeah if its a kevlar belt it usually takes around 100miles to wear the belt in fully i think!!
Right my Leo Vince TT exhaust is fitted and it makes the bike alot faster acceleration and top end, only problem now is that around 10 up to 25...
for better acceleration get lighter rollers and a better variator, a performance exhaust will help too.
have you changed the jets at all? could be a faulty choke but i couldn't say for definite
i think the smaller washer is the restrictor but im not 100% sure, also you should definately put the control spacer back in.
hmm maybe its seized up? have you ever fitted a cylinder before? you might have fitted it wrong but that's really unlikely if it was working before
