This is how the side stand fits to the frame of the bike... Also, you will need to cut a hole in the bottom tray to allow the stand to fit...
I have that same stand on my MBK Ovetto (same as Yamaha Neos). It doesnt lean that much to be honest, but it is nicer than the centre stand :)
