astro77 why not 85k on a two stroke? I did 65 to gilera ice 50cc standard and still worked fine but than i fitted polini 70cc sport cylinder.......
you can drive the multivar without the springs, only adjust the weight of rollers and it should be fine
i think mixture is too rich. that explains the smoke and everything.. try setting mixture lean, that would give it more air and it should be fine
