        There's quite a few spray shops around the area, but it won't be cheap. My old man did mine as he's got all the kit but he's busy with work and is bobbing his Honda Shadow at the mo. I'll ask him if he could recomend someone.

      Ive got a similar setup to you s6 pro rep, 17.5mm carb, s6 streetrace (not on yet) just wondering what speeds you get, does it create low down torque? (wheelie power! :P) and how did you run the kit in? everyone suggests different methods, thanks

        You should get around 65mph cos it will rev high. Take it easy for a couple of hundred miles and don't ring it's neck.

        It will be difficult to get running right with a 12mm carb, a 70cc cylinder requires 40% more air/fuel mix per stroke which I suspect it's struggling to deliver at higher revs.

        Preferably a Delorto 17.5 or maybe a 19mm , there's no real gain with a 19mm and you start losing throttle response if you go any bigger. Pedparts recomend a 17.5 and that's what I run with a stage 6 streetrace.

      Hello, i have a Yamaha Aerox Rossi Rep, with a Polini Corsa 70's kit ive had to replace the piston due to the top of the piston burnt a hole in the top of it. I am just wondering if it could of been the jet size needing to be increased?

        that's why it burt a hole in your piston , you probably need something around a 72ish main jet. To get the best out of your 70 kit I would recomend a larger carb , a 17.5 delorto would be ideal. What exhaust does it have?

      hello there i was just wondering if you could help me out
      i have a tuned aerox and i have a slight problem, the problem is when all the panels are off the bike and i ride it it pulls away nicely,but when all the panels are on the bike the bike pulls away slowly and the engine takes a while to rev once pulled in throttle, i think it may be jetting issues, do you have any over suggestions on what it could be.

      Hello mate just wondering, What is that nipple looking thing onto of the cylinder head? Is it to bleed the cooling system? Did you do it when fitting the streetrace? Cheers man
